9/5/21 – Becoming Courageous Through Faith

Does the testimony of other people’s lives encourage you? Has a friend told you about something that happened to them and how it changed them? What if they have experienced a particular problem or concern that you identify with and faith helped. Does hearing their story give you encouragement? Most of us would say, “Yes! Definitely!”

Habakkuk’s book is his testimony of living in a dark time of fear and anxiety for his nation. Being a prophet, his words would have broad impact on others. So he sought God. In seeking God, his anxieties transformed into strength and joy. That’s helpful today, in 2021. Would you like to have more strength and joy? Join us on Sunday and we’ll talk about it. Sunday School at 9:15 for all ages. Worship with Communion at 10:30, followed by Lemonade on the Lawn. I can’t wait to see you!
